Volunteer responsibilities | We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team of ushers for the Ladies Loving Life Music Fest! As an usher, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all festival attendees.
- Greet and welcome attendees at the designated entrance.
- Assist attendees with finding their seats or designated areas.
- Answer questions about the festival schedule, amenities, and exits.
- Direct attendees to restrooms, concession stands, and merchandise booths.
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure everyone's safety.
- Report any safety concerns or emergencies to event staff.
A meeting for all volunteers working this event will be held on Friday November 22nd at 5:00pm. Location TBD
Volunteer qualifications
- Positive and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with The Forum (a plus, but not required).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must have an enthusiasm for live music and a desire to create a positive festival atmosphere.

Supplies | The community partner will provide all supplies needed.
Transportation | Volunteers must provide their own transportation. SVN will not be able to organize carpools for this event, since it takes place during Thanksgiving Break.
Travel & arrival instructions | Meet the Community Partner at the front entrance of The Forum, located in Harrisburg, PA, by 6:00pm. Ask for Essence, Lilly, Cisco, or Marion. Please allow approximately 45 minutes for travel time, if travelling from the YCP campus.
