- About Union Lutheran Church | We at Union Lutheran Church believe that we are called to share Jesus' love with our ever-changing, diverse community, as we grow together in Christ. We welcome everyone seeking God’s love and grace to participate fully no matter what you look like, where you’re from, whom you love, how much money you have, or whatever other labels we use to divide ourselves. - Event overview | Union Lutheran Church hosts a free Community Breakfast & Clothing Drive each 2nd and 5th Saturday of the month. Participants can also make walk in appointments at the WELL Food Pantry.
- Volunteer responsibilities | Volunteers will greet community members, help to cook or serve food, clean, or staff the clothing room.
- Supplies | All supplies are provided by Union Lutheran Church.
- Transportation | This project is available to volunteers who provide their own transportation. SVN staff will contact volunteers to determine availability of carpools and/or shuttles as well.
- Arrival instructions | Volunteers can enter from the doors off of the back parking lot. Volunteers should arrive by 7:30am. Volunteers are permitted to arrive closer to 8am if needed, if they let Union Lutheran know ahead of time (email address below).
