Join us in bringing to life A Celebration of Collaboration, a dynamic campus-wide event highlighting the incredible partnerships happening across York College and the York community.
Hosted by the Center for Community Engagement and the Graham Center for Collaborative Innovation, this event showcases student, faculty, and community work through interactive experiences, storytelling, videos, and meaningful conversation. As an added benefit, there will be 5+ food vendors at the event that volunteers can eat from!
THE EXPERIENCE
We are seeking 3 volunteers who will play a key role in creating a welcoming, smooth, and engaging experience for all attendees. More specifically, volunteers will support the event by:
- Assisting with event setup (tables, materials, signage)
- Helping welcome and direct attendees upon arrival
- Supporting presenters and activity stations as needed
- Assisting with light event coordination to ensure things run smoothly
- Helping with event wrap-up and cleanup
This is a great opportunity to gain experience, meet campus and community leaders, and be part of a high-energy, collaborative environment!
THE DETAILS
- Date: April 16, 2026
- Shift Time: 4:15 PM – 7:00 PM (Includes setup before the event and cleanup afterward)
- Location: Starts at Weinstock Lecture Hall (1st Floor) and Yorkview Hall (5th Floor), York College of Pennsylvania (Willman Business Center)
