Martin Library is hosting birthday parties for children 1-5 years old. We need your help. Are you ready to put on your party hat?
- Birthday Party Volunteer Responsibilities
Assist with moving party supplies and items from storage location to party room
Assist with decorating, arranging, and setting up the party room
Assist with setting up for party activities (such as crafts and games)
Greet guests at arrival door and escort them to party location
Meet food vendors or caterers when they arrive and ensure they receive payment
Take photos and videos during party
Assist with clean up after the party (could include cleaning tables and floors, as well as
returning party supplies and items to storage location)
Assist party hostess as needed during the part
