Urban Works is seeking an Activity Coordinator to assist in planning field trips, coordinating guest speaker events, and collaborating on activities and events. Activity Coordinator responsibilities include:
- Being the point of contact to schedule guest speakers for planned workshops
- Locating and organizing free or low cost educational field trips
- Scheduling events (time, date, location, etc)
- Obtaining parental permission forms for youth participants as necessary
- Engaging youth and volunteers in activities, events, and field trips.
This is an ongoing volunteer opportunity with a time requirement of 3-5 hours per week. Clearances may be required. If you have any questions, please contact volunteer@ycp.edu.
