Who We Are
Through our related entities, we own, manage, and develop affordable housing. We specialize in a variety of housing types: HUD (Section 8, HOME), USDA Rural Development, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs. We are also recognized as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). We proudly provide housing to approximately 530 individuals on an annual basis.

We enhance the quality of lives and communities by advocating for, creating, and sustaining affordable housing options.
