Evergreen Team Leaders are volunteers who lead ongoing, team-based service projects throughout the year. They partner closely with their team's Community Partner. Project Managers are Evergreen Team Leaders who do not have a standalone Community Partner. Instead, the Project Manager serves as the direct point of contact for their team's project.
All Evergreen TLs are eligible to participate in the Compass Program, which promotes, recognizes, celebrates, and rewards volunteer leadership.
