Urban Works is seeking an Activity Coordinator to assist in planning field trips, coordinating guest speaker events, and collaborating on activities and events. Activity Coordinator responsibilities include:

Being the point of contact to schedule guest speakers for planned workshopsLocating and organizing free or low cost educational field tripsScheduling events (time, date, location, etc)Obtaining parental permission forms for youth participants as necessaryEngaging youth and volunteers in activities, events, and field trips.

Gathering information on Urban Works alumniRecording data of all graduates and college studentsConnecting with alumni to understand their story after graduating from Urban Works programmingCreating an group for alumni to stay connected.
