Volunteers will not be able to participate until their application is approved and they complete the mandatory training in full.
Safe Home volunteers provide valuable service to individuals living in abusive situations. If interested in volunteering, please call 717-632-0007. All Safe Home volunteers must complete the required training and become mandated child abuse reporters.
Ways to Get Involved:
- Administrative Assistance – donation transportation, office organization, thank you notes
- Administrative Support – office coverage, clerical duties, outreach activities
- Direct Client Services – hotline calls, response team, medical and court accompaniment and advocacy, crisis intervention, transportation
