- About the event | The YCP Alumni Family Egg Hunt is coming up! We will have around 200 kids signed up for the event, so it will be a packed house.
- Volunteer responsibilities
- Easter Egg Hunt | Volunteers will help to lay the eggs out before the hunt, and some volunteers will stand at midfield for the first egg hunt.
- We split attendees into 3 age groups for the egg hunt, 0-3, 4-6, 7-10. Everyone is asked to pick up only 10 eggs to start and once everyone has their ten they are free to pick up as many remaining eggs as they'd like. We sit the 0-3 eggs on one half of the field and 4-6 on the other. So when the 0-3 group is going we have volunteers stationed at mid field to ensure they don't pick up eggs from the 4-6 side.
- Tables | Additionally, volunteers will help to run one or more of the following tables at this event:
- Craft table | Volunteers will help kids with the following crafts: Magic Color Scratch, Egg Chomper, Spoon Bunny, Easter Bunny Headband, and a Random Crafts table.
- Games table | Volunteers will explain the following games to the kids: Giant Connect 4, an Egg and Spoon race, Bean Bag toss, Hula hoop & steppers, and a Basketball game. Volunteers will also ensure everyone is getting a chance to play if they wish by keeping the lines moving after everyone takes a turn.
- Prize table

- Supplies | YCP Alumni Relations will provide supplies. Volunteers do not need to bring anything with them.
- Signing up | Volunteers can sign up for one or more shifts! Please complete BOTH of the following steps below to sign up.
- SVN portal signup | Click "respond" on this SVN volunteer listing. This will make sure that you can submit your volunteer hours (as needed) after the event concludes.
- SignupGenius | Sign up for one or more shifts using this SignupGenius form. All volunteers MUST complete this form!
